2. How long does it take to delivery my equipment?
-- You can expect to delivery your equipment from factory in 20 days and get them assembled in your room of choice in about 40 days. However, this can vany depending upon your location, availability for assembly, weather conditions and holidays.
3. Where can I get parts for my DHZ equipment?
-- You are able to purchase parts for your DHZ Equipment by email us. Please have the serial number of the equipment available at the time of purchasing parts.
4. Where do I find warranty information?
-- A Limited Warranty statement is included with each piece of equipment. If you have lost your Owner's Manual, you can find information on your warranty here. If you purchased from a DHZ Authorized Dealer retail store or a retail Dealer's website, contact the Dealer to review the warranty status of your DHZ equipment. Or you can contact DHZ sales Representative directlry at anytime. You will need to have the serial number of your unit available.
5. Where do I find the serial number on my equipment?
-- DHZ serial numbers are almost always on a white label below a black barcode (similar in appearance to a UPC code). Depending on the date of manufacture, the serial number is an alphanumeric combination that is either 10 or 13 characters long. This serial number is in different locations depending on the type of equipment you own.
