The big backrest will hold your back when you do vertical knee raise. It helps correct your movement posture and protect your body at the same time.
Thick Armrest Pad

Anti-skid Grips
8 soft anti slip foam grips not only effectively prevent sliding caused by sweating, but also improve hand protection and prevent hand wear and tear.

The power tower is not only built for professional training, it also can be used for health purpose like relieving sore back by doing some stretch on it.
